The CRM Analyst will be responsible for shaping the CRM strategy with the delivery by deployment of analytical driven insight including the expectation to proactively work with the Analytics, BI, Product and Marketing teams to shape State-of-Art- CRM practices. This will involve leading the optimisation of promotional spend for activation, retention, reactivation and cross sell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for optimizing the CRM, bonus and promotions across the organisation including taking a leading part on all major CRM change programmes such as next best action, next best offer, real time marketing and next generation Salesforce.
  • Lead the transformation projects surrounding CRM from a BI and analytics perspective including responsibility for reducing churn, optimising conversion, increasing customer yield, and increasing customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting promotions & campaigns and automated life cycles.
  • Use CRM software to analyse customer data and make recommendations on sales, marketing and customer service initiatives. This includes sales records, purchasing history, types of purchase, service history, product inquiries, complaints, exposure and response to marketing campaigns and channel preferences.
  • Analyse the data to spot trends or assess the response to different campaigns and using analytical skills to find correlations between different types of data.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining customer loyalty which underpins long-term revenue and profitability.

Skills and Experience:

  • Analytical/data driven with great coordination and planning skills for onboarding CRM and CS systems
  • Experience implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement and LTV of customer
  • Detail oriented with focus on delivering results
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences.
  • Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
