The international gaming and betting group won the award for the “Employer of the year” category – on its debut in this edition – which recognises the operator that has implemented the best HR practices and has made important investments in their people. Corporate culture, personnel development, skills and employee motivation are the first criteria for the evaluation of the candidates; particular attention was paid to leadership and resource management, the incentive and benefits system and the quality of training initiatives. The award rewards in the first place “WORK.LIVE.PLAY.”, the innovative dynamic working model launched by the company a year ago, which has completely redefined the relationship between employer and employees. This project was followed by the #BREAKTHESTIGMA initiative launched at the beginning of October: a three-month journey focused on wellbeing and mental health for the company’s employees, which will be articulated through a series of training/recreational activities.

“We are honoured and proud of this achievement”, said Brian Dean, Chief People Officer of SKS365. “The Employer of the year award recognises the value of our new working philosophy that redefines the relationship between employees and the company and it is based in accordance with business objectives. Last night’s award is for us a further boost towards the evolution and improvement of WORK.LIVE.PLAY., so that it becomes an integral part of the working life of our employees”.
