Talent & People Development

Main objective of the role is to contribute in creating favorable employee experience and to support a culture of growth through developing people potential and skills. Some of the activities include:

  • Taking care of learning and development needs of employees and managers providing them with trainings and learning opportunities which will enhance their knowledge and enable adoption of desired skills
  • Work on various company-wide projects like new joiner induction, culture development, performance development, career development, employee engagement, rising capability of local HR and people teams
  • Support HR systems implementation and training people to use them, work on implementation of relevant learning solutions

Talent Acquisition

Main objective of the role is to attract and hire the best talents on the market for open positions through various sourcing channels in order to attract and hire talents. Some of the activities include:

  • Developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Designing, planning and executing employer branding activities
  • Sourcing and finding candidates qualified for open positions
  • Performing analysis of hiring needs and providing employee hiring forecast
  • Designing, planning and executing selection processes
  • Planning procedures for improving the candidate experience

HR Administration

Main objective of the role is to provide support to the employees regarding questions and requests they might have about their employment in the company, related practices and company policies. Some of the duties include:

  • Point of contact for all HR-related queries, and responding to employees’ questions about benefits
  • Orienting and helping new employees to integrate in the Company
  • Preparing employment documentation and assisting with payroll
  • Updating employee records in BambooHR and ensuring company HR databases are up to date
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and company policies

Payroll Administration

Some of the duties include:

  • Collecting attendance and working hours data, track all employee's sick leaves, vacations and time off as well as changes in compensation on monthly basis
  • Responsibility for timely and correct calculation and payment of the respective salary, benefits and other income
  • issuing documents and responding to inquiries related to salary, benefits and other income calculations and payments coming from internal and external contracts

HR Management

Main objective of the role is taking care of respective business units and investing all efforts in promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Some of the duties include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of yearly Group HR initiatives while ensuring effective processes and performance
  • Onboarding new joiners to the company
  • Working on facilitating SKS social activities, events, office parties and gatherings
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

Office Administration

Some of the duties include:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. In our case that includes fruits, beer, and other more fun and not so office supplies
  • Handle all traveling details: Booking flights, hotels and transfers for all guests, and employees that travel
